Bridge Programs

for ages 3-12

Our organization has built partnerships with various private schools in the area where we have established satellite sites of our program. As children are ready, we provide support to allow for exposure to mainstream classrooms for portions of their day using behavioral based decisions.

Children in these programs are learning to generalize various skills to group environments and acquire new skills within the context of a group, while still incorporating individualized research based behavioral interventions. Individualized treatment plans, behavior interventions, and a variety of technologies including shaping, reinforcement and token systems allow for each child to bridge the gap between the clinic and mainstream settings.

Additional Bridge Programs Services

Besides trained therapists, your child will also be overseen on certain days by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). A BCBA is a masters-level practitioner who has received the required training and has been licensed by the Analyst Certification Board. All of our Bridges programs aim to ease the transition from an artificial, clinic setting to a community, mainstream setting. All of the decisions that go into your child’s curriculum are based upon their own specific needs and goals as well as based upon behavioral data gathered by our therapists. At Including Kids, we believe that every child has great potential. Each of our Bridges programs will increase social awareness skills and academic skills, giving your child tools that are transferable to any setting throughout their lives.
