Additionally, Jennifer Dantzler, Executive Director and founder of Including Kids was also honored that evening by State Representative, Dan Huberty who declared April 21st Jennifer Dantzler Day.
“The last fifteen years have had challenges and victories. The rate of autism has increased dramatically and that need is what continues to drive us to do more, build more and want more for our families with autism. I don’t know what the next fifteen years will bring but I’m excited to be a part of it,” said Dantzler. “Dan Huberty’s declaration of Jennifer Dantzler day was surprising, overwhelming and very much appreciated. Thank you to Dan Huberty, Commissioner Jack Cagle and my board of directors for honoring me, however it is the families with autism who should be honored.”
