FINANCIAL NEEDS

  • Scholarship/Financial Assistance :
     
    ABA technology is a labor intensive one on one method which has proven to be very successful. It is a goal of IN KIDS to provide financial relief to its parents whenever possible. All funds given for this purpose shall be used judicially and fairly.
     
  • Professional Development:
     
    Another goal of IN KIDS is to be on the cutting edge of new research and technology.We provide our staff with continuing professional development both within our community and nationally.
     
  • Holiday/Greeting Card Sponsors:
     
    Annually we sell greeting cards which the children create. Sponsorship costs $500 and the sponsor’s information (name, contact information, etc.) is printed on the back of the card chosen. See Special Events link for more details about the cards.
     
  • Field Trip Sponsors:
     
    The cost of field trips to pay for the staff and students is expensive. If you would like to sponsor a field trip, i.e. to the zoo, please contact us.

TECHNOLOGICAL NEEDS

  • New computers/printers capable of running educational software, DSL, networking, Microsoft Office
  • Any teaching software for ages pre-school thru 6th grade –i.e. Jump Start. See www.knowledgeadventure.com
  • Clicker 4 – a talking word processor using pictures as well as words to teach children creative and factual based writing. See www.cricksoft.com
  • Intellikeys and Overlay Maker – an adaptive keyboard used for children who have fine motor and visual scanning difficulties. Helps to develop computer skills and academic skills using computer software. See www.intellitools.com
